Diagnosis

Frons with an interscrobal procession; frontal suture reaches eyes in level with a distance of 1.5X diameter of one ocellus in front of anterior ocellus; propodeum with median carina, plicae and costulae, propodeal callus with six setae; forewing costal cell ventrally with a sparse row of setae in apical ½; petiole as long as wide.
